Tangdao 637 is located in the core business segment of Haihu new district, Xining city, Qinghai province.  This place undertakes the consumption power of 2.31 million urban residents. East and west link Wanda Plaza and New Hualian Plaza. North and south through Wusi Street and Xiguan Street, where are a well-connected city and the total construction area is more than 600,000 square meters. The project consists of 6 buildings, there were 7 rows of 22.75 meters high LED full-colour Tube Light been installed on 5 buildings’ glass walls. The other building had installed 9 columns, which have a closer arrangement and the effect is much cooler. The combination of architectural design and lighting revealed a thriving local culture.
